Our Team
Mike McKnight - Mike is responsible for the daily flow of
operations for Yankee Courier Services and its customers. If you know Mike,
then you know his work ethic and drive; “If it’s possible it’s done.” Prior to
founding Yankee Courier Services, Mike had spent over 10 years in the “hot
seat” for other well-known and respected same day transportation companies.
Karen McKnight – Karen is responsible for Yankee Courier Services
Customer Service Department. Karen brings over 7 years experience in the same
day courier market. Highly regarded by clients, Karen has built a solid
reputation for helping the customer. You tell Karen when you need it there, she
does the rest. Karen’s customer commitment is total.
Corey McPherson – Corey began in the transportation industry over
5 years ago as a courier . Since then, Corey has steady rose through the ranks
and now leads the Yankee Courier Services Dispatch Department. Corey ’s
results-oriented work ethic enables him to react effectively - no matter how
heavy the demands.
Brian O’Reilly - Brian is responsible for the Sales and Marketing
for Yankee Courier Services. Prior to founding Yankee Courier Services, Brian
spent over 13 years developing a solid business background that includes
experience in transportation sales, marketing and management, working with both
major corporations and small businesses. This experience allows Brian to meet
with clients to design a cost efficient creative solution for their courier
needs.
Glen Schermerhorn – Glen oversees all financial, administrative and
technology activities for Yankee Courier Services. Prior to founding Yankee
Courier Services, Glen worked over 15 years with small and large sized same day
transportation companies. A company can only continue to serve its clients with
a healthy bottom line. Glen’s experience in strategic financial planning
assures that Yankee Courier will be able to serve its customers for years to
come.
The Drivers – Our drivers are dependable, courteous and
understand the time-critical demands of our customers. They are all equipped
with cell phones that allow them to maintain continuous contact with our
dispatchers. In addition, each driver is thoroughly trained, wears a uniform and
carries a photo identification card. Our business and yours depends on the
drivers, we do not take chances, and we only hire the best!
